We stripped the system down to the wood decking to inspect for dry rot and structural damage, ensuring a sound foundation for the new roof. We prepped the OSB/plywood surface, layout chalk lines to ensure precise installation of the new components.

A vital part of our service, often overlooked by competitors, is active site management and material pick up. We provide large, 30-yard dumpsters on-site for the immediate and efficient disposal of the old roofing debris. By utilizing professional ladders and debris removal techniques, we ensure the property—especially sensitive commercial areas like loading bays and front entrances—remains clean and professional throughout the process.

Following deck preparation, we installed new rigid Insulfoam R-Tech insulation boards, securing them firmly with plates and fasteners. Finally, our certified technicians laid the single-ply TPO membrane, utilizing specialized equipment to heat-weld seams and flash roof penetrations like HVAC units, ensuring a completely watertight, reflective barrier. Technicians utilize full fall-protection harnesses attached to lifelines during the installation of the membrane.
